As a Principal Engineering Manager in the Microsoft Defender for Cloud Security for AI team, you will be at the forefront of developing next-generation security products and services, with a special focus on safeguarding AI applications for the largest S500 customers. You will have the opportunity to work on business-critical initiatives that directly shape the future of Microsoft Security products. The role requires to

Mentor and inspire a diverse team of software engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration,innovation, and excellence.
Provide technical guidance and expertise to the team,leading by example, assisting with architectural decisions, code reviews, and problem solving.
Take a broad cross-team and cross-discipline role, working on a product with high visibility and high impact.
Lead end-to-end design, implementation and delivery of services and features, following industry best practices, adhering to very high security standards
