Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, engineers, and other product managers, to develop and launch innovative tools and features that meet the needs of our developer community
Analyze user feedback and data to identify opportunities for product enhancements and drive continuous improvement of the platform's usability and functionality
Communicate clearly and effectively with stakeholders at all levels, providing regular updates on product progress, challenges, and milestones
Be part of the Velo product team that sets the vision and priorities to ensure the product's success
Requirements: 3+ years experience as a product manager or team lead building highly technical products, preferably those serving developers (B2D)
Background in software development with a deep understanding of modern software development processes, and hands-on experience in web or app development
Proven experience leading and motivating cross-functional teams, overcoming challenges, and fostering a collaborative working atmosphere that allows the development of high-quality solutions
User-centric mindset with a passion for engaging with users, understanding their needs, and a strong commitment to delivering exceptional user experiences
Strong product sense with excellent analytical thinking and prioritization skills
Experience in creating development environments or observability solutions for developers an advantage
