We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead and oversee the digital transformation project for the Helen Doron Educational Group. The Project Manager will be responsible for managing the implementation of Salesforce solutions across various business units, including Marketing Cloud, transitioning to Salesforce Lightning, and the development of a new Learning Centres Students and Parents portal and parent and teacher apps. The successful candidate will ensure that the project is completed on time, within scope, and budget while meeting the organizations strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Project Planning and Management:
o Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets for the digital transformation project.
o Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
o Oversee all phases of the project, from initial design to implementation, ensuring alignment with the overall project goals.
2. Stakeholder Management:
o Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather detailed business requirements and align on project objectives.
o Communicate project progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders, providing regular updates and reports.
o Facilitate workshops and meetings to ensure stakeholder alignment and engagement.
3. Team Leadership:
o Lead cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and third-party vendors, to deliver the project.
o Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to team members, ensuring a collaborative and productive working environment.
o Coordinate with training teams to ensure user adoption through effective training strategies, including the Train-the-Trainer model.
4. Solution Design and Implementation:
o Oversee the design, build, testing, and deployment of Salesforce solutions, including Marketing Cloud, Salesforce Lightning, and the new portal.
o Ensure the solutions meet the defined business requirements and are scalable for future growth.
o Manage the integration of data between Salesforce CRM and Marketing Cloud, ensuring seamless synchronization and data integrity.
5. Risk and Issue Management:
o Identify, assess, and manage risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle.
o Develop and implement mitigation strategies to address potential challenges and ensure project success.
6. Quality Assurance:
o Ensure the project deliverables meet the required quality standards and are aligned with the organizations strategic goals.
o Oversee testing phases, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT), to validate the solutions against business requirements.
7. Budget Management:
o Monitor project budget, ensuring that all expenditures are within the approved limits.
o Provide accurate budget forecasts and manage any changes to the project budget in collaboration with finance teams.

Requirements: Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification is preferred.
Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in project management, with a focus on digital transformation projects.
Proven experience managing Salesforce implementation projects, particularly with Marketing Cloud and Salesforce Lightning.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams and drive project success.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience in running sprints.
