We define the strategy and scope of tools and products at Wix, then work closely with UX, BA, Design, Content, Dev and Ops to deliver the most significant impact and value. To do this, we each own a Wix product, research the market and understand our versatile user base's needs, intents, and emotions from SMBs and enterprises to independent users, agencies, and entrepreneurs worldwide. Our goal is to ensure our users can build any site they want and be proud of it.
Research, define wireframes, set KPIs and lead the end-to-end product
development life cycle, from conception to launch
Collaborate with cross-functional teams
Use data-driven insights to prioritize, define product performance and inform decision-making
Prioritize features based on business impact and user feedback
Advocate for customer needs in product development discussions by speaking with users, and support agents, analyzing user data and conducting usability tests
Play a major role in defining the strategy and roadmap for Wix Ping, communicating product vision, strategy and progress to internal stakeholders, executive leadership, and external partners
Requirements: 3+ years of experience as a product manager, building data-driven consumer-facing products
Skilled in identifying opportunities, setting clear product directions and managing priorities
Strong analytical skills, with experience in deriving insights from data and crafting effective growth strategies
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders
Capable of managing competing priorities and leading projects proactively
Solid understanding of technical product aspects, including API design and performance optimization
