Cisco Silicon One is looking for a skilled and motivated manager to lead our dynamic DevOps team.

Our DevOps team is in charge of CI/CD and testing systems, serving the needs of the whole organization. This system is at the heart of the development, testing and release of Silicon One.

The system contains hundreds of boards with Silicon and servers. It runs millions of tests daily and serves PRs from hundreds of users worldwide.

What You'll Do
In this role you will manage a team of experts from multiple disciplines, including Jenkins, robust SW development, boards and Linux, storages, DBs, web development and more.

The team is distributed in multiple locations around the world.

You will lead the team and tasks, as well as the architecture of the solution.

Cisco Silicon One team is undergoing rapid growth, and we are looking for a DevOps Engineer to maintain and improve our CI/CD infrastructure.

What You'll Do
Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins for various projects.
Develop and maintain web applications using Python frameworks such as Django or Flask.
Develop and maintain front-end components (REACT).
Design, implement, and manage MySQL databases to support web applications.
Develop and maintain containerized applications using Podman.
Monitor and troubleshoot CI/CD pipelines to ensure smooth operation and quick resolution of issues.
Ensure security and compliance standards are met throughout the deployment process.
Fix and resolve issues in development, test, and production environments.
Document processes, configurations, and procedures for future reference and training.

What You'll Do

You'll be joining Cisco Silicon One team, which is at the center of the silicon development at Cisco. Our engineers deal with all chip design aspects: definition, architecture, micro-architecture, design, verification, signoff and validation.

We use the latest silicon technologies and processes to build the largest scale and most complex devices at the edge of feasibility.

We are constantly offering several positions in the ASIC development field:

Design and verification under the front-end design team
Physical Design implementation team
Signal integrity (SI), Power integrity (PI) and Lab post silicon electrical characterization
Analog/Mixed Signal Design team
DFT (Design for testing) design team

You'll be part of the group driving our groundbreaking next-generation network devices - Cisco Silicon One. Our unique team works in a startup atmosphere inside a stable and leading corporate and develops the full software stack enabling the Silicon One ASICs. Join a team of dedicated engineers with a proven track-record at delivering breakthrough products. Our R&D center is outstanding - hosting all silicon HW and SW development teams inside one site. We are transforming the industry and building a new AI/ML Networks, as well as providing a unified, programmable silicon architecture that is the foundation of all Cisco's future routing products. Our devices are crafted to be universally adaptable across service providers and web-scale markets, designed for fixed and modular platforms. Our devices deliver high speed (50+ Terabits per second) without sacrificing programmability, buffering, power efficiency, scale or feature flexibility.

You'll join our Cisco Silicon One architecture team, central to silicon development at Cisco.

You will define features of future devices using the latest silicon technologies, focusing on Logic Design and coding.

You will be responsible for defining the device specification.

Apply your expertise in quantitative analysis and data mining to turn data into insights.
Conduct research and develop tools that will ensure the quality of Similarwebs data and algorithms.
Utilize your deep understanding of Similarwebs data in order to evaluate and improve novel algorithms produced by the data scientists in your team.
Partner with Big Data Engineers to establish an infrastructure to scale solutions.
